Junior Executive, Logistics & Inventory

1) Strategic Logistics & Data Integrity

• Coordinate the end-to-end movement of equipments (panels, inverters, and mounting kits) to ensure they arrive at project sites safely and on schedule.
• Serve as the main point of contact between suppliers, transport companies, and our on-site installation teams to align delivery times.
• Actively monitor shipments to spot potential delays or transit damage early; quickly arrange for backup transport or replacement stock to keep the installation team moving.
• Update and maintain the company’s inventory system in real-time, ensuring the digital record perfectly matches the physical stock for every solar panel, inverter, and battery.
• Handle all essential paperwork, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), and tracking serial numbers to ensure customer warranties and project records are 100% accurate.
• Prepare simple, clear monthly reports on stock usage, delivery lead times, and warehouse efficiency to help management make better purchasing decisions.

2) Inventory Control & Asset Protection

• Manage the full flow of goods, from receiving shipments to dispatching sets to project sites, ensuring every item is accounted for through strict check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain high storage standards for high-value solar assets to prevent any moisture, heat, or handling damage before they reach the customer.
• Conduct regular physical stock-takes weekly to ensure the system matches the shelf; monitor stock levels of fast-moving items like cables and connectors to prevent project delays.
• Research and compare prices from different suppliers (for inverters, panels, and cables) to get the best value for each project.
• Prevent stock loss and damage by supervising warehouse handling procedures and ensuring transport partners are held responsible for the safe delivery of equipment
