Location: HQ-Shah Alam
Bertanggungjawab memastikan kebersihan, kekemasan dan keselesaan persekitaran pejabat sentiasa terjaga serta menyediakan minuman dan sokongan asas hospitaliti kepada kakitangan dan tetamu syarikat.
A. Tugas Kebersihan
1. Membersihkan kawasan pejabat termasuk ruang kerja, bilik mesyuarat, bilik pantry, koridor, stor dan tandas
2. Menyapu, mengemop dan mengelap lantai, meja, kerusi dan perabot.
3. Mengosongkan tong sampah dan memastikan pembuangan sampah dilakukan dengan betul.
4. Mengisi dan menyelenggara bekalan kebersihan seperti sabun, tisu dan bahan pencuci.
5. Melaporkan sebarang kerosakan atau isu kebersihan kepada pihak pentadbiran.
B. Tugas Penyediaan Minuman (Tea Lady)
1. Menyediakan minuman untuk pelawat dan semasa external mesyuarat dengan clients
2. Menyediakan dan membersihkan peralatan pantry seperti cawan, gelas, teko dan mesin minuman.
3. Memastikan pantry sentiasa bersih, kemas dan teratur.
4. Membantu penyediaan jamuan ringan untuk mesyuarat atau acara dalaman jika diperlukan.
LAIN-LAIN TUGAS
Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang munasabah seperti diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
WAKTU KERJA
Mengikut waktu operasi pejabat atau seperti yang ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
